first detail then context.
The chicken, having no arms or legs since it is a toy,
uses its beak to push it around so it’s facing away from the water.
Shot 6
Mid shot, side on, the camera pans along following.
Chicken scrunches up to jump, using the physics of compression to move itself.
Chicken releases with a squeak jumping through the air, as the chicken jumps
along the flowing water slowing follows, the chicken manage to “outrun” the
water as it jumps off screen, water follows.
Shot 7
Med shot, side on. The chicken halts suddenly as it

more looking ominous.
Shot 11
Mid shot, side on. Chicken compresses as far as it can
with determination for a big jump. Just as the water comes on screen the
chicken jumps with a loud squeak. It tries to flap its wings as the water
covers the area the chicken was just in, although the wings are just painted
indentations so it’s just pulling and distorting its body. Chicken looks scared
as it looses momentum and starts to fall.
Shot 12
Lowe, mid shot. Camera is under chicken and can see the
air valves beneath it for a moment, chicken falls on to camera with a squeak,
screen turns black.
Shot 13

water, creating wake, having realized it can float.
