Auto-Ethnogoraphy - Changing a Light Bulb

An ominous the min-explosion of the bulb being blown ripples through the air, seemingly dulling all other sound. The once bright light falls to darkness, dramatically dimming the room. The broken bulb is first tested my flicking the extruding light switch off and on, before a removal is attempted. Gentle patting of the prickly hot glass surface to check temperature is suitably cold to handle. Following this, the now warm dusty bulb is delicately handled, for fear of breaking the bulb in your hand. As the new smooth, icy-cold bulb is softly inserted into the snug plastic socket a firm final twist is made to make sure the bulb is properly secured and will not fall out.

Senses:
Hearing - ominous the min-explosion of the bulb being blown, tiny tinkle of the broken insides bouncing around.
Sight -bright light followed by the room dramatically dimming, test the broken bulb, and the new one which is blindingly bright, and although you know it's going to happen still slightly surprises you.
Taste – dusty, plain.
Touch – hot, smooth surface. Gentle patting to check temperature is suitably cold enough to handle.
Smell – dusty glass smell.
Other – fear of breaking the bulb in your hand, or not putting it in properly which would result in it falling out. Delicate.
